Agile is based on the principle of embracing and welcoming change. Change discussions between the business lead and the agile team must reflect trade-offs in scope and potential costs. In this course, you will learn how to add and modify stories, estimate and prioritize new stories, and determine when to remove items from the backlog. By following the change process discussed in this module, you will be able to accurately identify and effectively manage the impact of change on the project’s backlog.
Some knowledge of projects or Agile methodology is recommended but not required.
