Course Description

In this course, we shift our focus toward the future. Agile practices represent principles that project teams and organizations may want to adopt as part of their standard processes. Your challenge is to identify some new approaches that can be further entrenched or introduced in your organization. We discuss applying the agile approach to your organization and project team. We review agile roles and discuss where the project manager can add the most value. The module concludes with a discussion of how the role of a project manager differs in agile and waterfall projects.

Requirements

  • Some knowledge of projects or Agile methodology is recommended but not required.
