Course Description
The agile project manager must consider budget closeout, archiving or transitioning remaining work to operations, and benefits realization during the project closeout stage. This is an extension of your continued effort to manage stakeholder expectations. After learning about benefits realization, you will practice making recommendations with respect to handling remaining work in the backlog.
  • Some knowledge of projects or Agile methodology is recommended but not required.
