Course Description

This course was designed considering the perspectives of leaders, people like you who have been given the responsibility to lead and to manage others to higher levels of job performance and satisfaction. You will get a context for leadership around five important perspectives that all successful leaders must consider: Self, Strategy, Social, System, and Results. The more balanced you are in demonstrating competence in each of these areas, the greater the likelihood you will successfully produce the results you, your team, and your organization want to achieve.
