Course Description

Often, regulations are the reason a lot of security controls are in place. Regulations can either be regulatory or contractual. Regulatory statutes can differ by country, industry, jurisdiction, or even culture. So in doing business in different countries, you need to be aware of local regulations to ensure that conflicts do not arise. In this course, you will learn about regulatory compliance. You also learn about change management, contract management, and issues with cloud computing. You will explore the issue of legal versus ethical and cybercrime.
