Course Description

Networks require a lot of support to keep them running. You can't just connect a switch, a router, and a laptop together and have a network. In this course, we want to take a look at these support protocols that enable network communications, and the management protocols that are used by IT professionals to keep networks operating. These protocols work behind the scenes to provide ease of use features and automation for many of the mundane but necessary tasks required to manage and operate an enterprise network.
