As you’ve been studying for your PMP exam, you understand basic concepts, basic definitions, terminology, the role of the project manager, and the project manager code of conduct. This course will continue a deeper discussion of the processes that make up the PMBOK and the way that PMI thinks project management ought to be done. Here we will focus on the fourth process domain, Monitoring and Controlling, which contains twelve of those processes.
