The importance of project communication must be emphasized for organizations in general and for agile projects in particular. This course covers how to manage the information needs of your key stakeholders and determine where, when, and how the information should be conveyed to achieve the maximum benefit. We explore the role of the project manager in planning communication. We will use information radiators to effectively immerse the team in status, allowing them to stay engaged and make sound decisions with respect to their work and their collaboration with the team members and stakeholders.
Some knowledge of projects or Agile methodology is recommended but not required.
