Course Description
Agile teams normally document stakeholder requirements in the form of user stories. A user story describes an instance of how a user will use the project’s product to accomplish business work. The user story format allows the project team to capture a simple version of user requirements. In this course, you will learn how to slice stories, rebuild them into epic stories, consider their interdependencies, and define their success criteria. You will also learn how to use story points or ideal days to estimate the relative size of each story and how to decompose the stories further into tasks to provide more precise effort estimates.
  • Some knowledge of projects or Agile methodology is recommended but not required.
