Course Description
This course explores file attributes and file permissions in UNIX. You’ll learn about manipulating files and directories, the basics of editing files, and processes. Finally, you’ll take a deep dive into the shell and work with login and logout files in UNIX.
Requirements
  • For this course, we recommend you have basic Linux experience, are comfortable working with the command line, have experience with common UNIX/Linux user-level commands and with the vi editor.

Anthony Sequeira is a seasoned trainer and author regarding all levels and tracks of Cisco certification. Anthony formally began his career in the information technology industry in 1994 with IBM in Tampa, Florida. He quickly formed his own computer consultancy, Computer Solutions, and then discovered his true passion -- teaching and writing about Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
