Course Description
In this course, you will learn about storage capability in Linux, from Hard Disk to Storage Area Networks (SAN). You will study the basic steps of adding a single disk to a Linux-run machine. You will explore different types of Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks (RAID) and some typical RAID shortcomings. You will create a RAID5 array on Red Hat Linux. Finally, you will learn the fundamentals of logical volume management (LVM).
